The office account of Anshi China was disabled, causing disruptions to production and operations.
On March 6th, Nexperia China issued a notice to its clients stating that as of 19:02 on March 3, 2026, Nexperia B.V. had disabled the office accounts of all employees in the China region in bulk, which led to the inability to access key office environments such as Office365 and SAP systems, causing significant impact on the operations of Nexperia China. As a result, some production processes, such as the "SAP order placement and production transfer after customer-supplied wafers arrive at the factory" stage, were interrupted. However, orders that had been placed in SAP and entered the production process were not affected. Currently, the IT and business departments in the China region have jointly initiated emergency response plans, prioritizing the restoration of critical systems and production scheduling. At present, most business operations have resumed, ensuring basic production and operation. The company is making every effort to minimize the potential impact on subsequent production and delivery. We appreciate your understanding and support.
